Thank you for visiting us.  We hope that the information we have gathered will be useful in your efforts to reform our broken health insurance system.

We have posted only some snippets of our survey's results.  If you would like more detailed information about specific issues related to your efforts, such as complaints filed in your state or by specific insurer name, please contact us: we would be happy to help.  Provide us with your name, address, and phone number so that we may verify that your organization is legitimate.

Please recognize that we do not:

• Verify complaints.
• Collect names or addresses.
• Provide any contact information about survey respondents

Some of our survey respondents have indicated their willingness to hear from policymakers and advocacy organizations that may be interested in their claims.  If this would assist you in your efforts, then we can forward your information to the relevant parties.  Please contact us in advance to make sure that your request is feasible.

We understand that this process could be simpler.  But because we have gathered information that may be protected by privacy laws, we are committed to maintaining the anonymity of our survey respondents.
